Family Programs

concerts for Kids - winter 2017

Especially for children ages 2-9 and their families, these one-hour concerts are a great introduction to classical music, from well-loved nursery rhymes to light classics to selections from favorite film scores. Be sure to come early for pre-concert activities in the lobby where you can play an instrument, make a craft and more.

Explore the far reaches of the universe with the CSO and Maestro Milanov. Come dressed as your favorite super hero (fictional or non-fictional)

 Popcorn Pops concerts on the Columbus Commons

Sing, dance, and monkey around with the Columbus Symphony at two special family concerts recommended for children ages 3-12. Children will enjoy free popcorn and free pre-concert activities including face painting, art projects, playing musical instruments, and more!
Concerts are held at the Columbus Bicentennial Pavilion (160 S. High St.) in the Columbus Commons. Gates open at 5:30pm.
