Jennifer Higdon’s colorful, accessible, and ethereal Blue Cathedral is one of the most-performed contemporary orchestra works of our time, written by one of America’s best contemporary composers. This will be followed by Carl Orff’s brazen, evocative, and explosive musical showcase, Carmina Burana, that will feature the Columbus Symphony Chorus and an exceptional trio of guest vocal soloists.
